How do we start a project?
Send a short email through the contact page describing what you do, what you're trying to change, and your timeline. We reply within one business day with whether we're a fit and next steps. If we are, we schedule a 30-minute discovery call at no cost.
What's the deposit and payment schedule?
50% to start, 50% on launch for Single Page and Full Website. Brand + Website is split into thirds (start, design approval, launch). Retainer is billed monthly in advance. ACH or credit card, your choice.
Do you do WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace?
We ship plain HTML + CSS that loads fast, lasts five years, and can be edited by anyone who knows basic web. If you need a CMS, we integrate with Kirby or Decap. Webflow is a good fit for some projects — we'll tell you if yours is one of them.
Who writes the copy?
We do. All packages include original copywriting by Nora (our writer). We interview you, read what you've written before, and write in your voice. You review and revise; we iterate until it's yours.
What if we need something outside these packages?
We do custom engagements too — typically for multi-site builds or platform work. Minimum custom engagement is $30,000. Send us a brief and we'll propose scope.
Will you work with my existing developer?
Yes. We've done brand-only and design-only engagements where the client's dev team builds. In that case, we deliver Figma files, a component spec, and a live HTML prototype.
